Company History

Interior Cleaning Systems was formed in February of 1998 under the name Advance Enterprises by John and Tonya Mathis as a janitorial cleaning company with its primary focus on building maintenance and hard floor services.

In 1999 the company name was changed to Interior Carpet Care with its emphasis on carpet care and water damage restoration.  Later, in 1999 Interior Carpet Care became Interior Cleaning Systems of Alabama. The change came to give it a more professional appeal as it entered the field of contract management and maintaining its carpet care services and water damage service as well.  Since 1999 Interior Cleaning managed national cleaning contracts in excess of $40,000 dollars monthly as well as managing over 100,000 square feet in carpet cleaning services monthly for national retail chains such as Pacific Sunwear, Gamestop Stores Incorporated and Time Inc.

In 2000 Interior Cleaning reached new heights as it developed into a full service property/facilities management firm with its merger with IHO Investments L.L.C of Huntsville, AL, which now provides property management services for various national rental companies such as Housing and Urban Development of the Federal Government.
