Not only was the technician courteous and professional, but he made an extra effort to remove some very stubborn stains. He was on time, and worked quickly and thoroughly. This company is wonderful with stains and never says it can't be done. They always tried and 99% of the time succeeds. I have been a customer for 15 years and will not change.
